• Annual visit to your home to check on the following list of items to be sure they are in good working order

  • Smoke/CO2 Detectors​

  • Swapping of Air Filter in Furnace/Heat Pump

  • Gutters free of debris

  • Downspouts discharging water in proper direction and far enough away from home

  • GFCI outlets and Regular Outlets

  • Drains under kitchen and vanity sinks

• If any of the above items are found to be faulty, we will replace at no additional cost​

  • Replacement of Smoke/CO2 Detectors​

  • Replace Air Filter

  • Clean Gutters

  • Redirect Downspouts/Add 5' Extensions

  • Replacement of Faulty Outlets/Rewire Correctly with Wire that is Available

  • Replace/Reorient P-Traps

• Annual visual interior and exterior inspection of home

  • Inspection will come with a full digital PDF report of items found from inspection (with pictures) that need to be addressed​

  • All items found in report will come with a cost to repair defective items
